<p>PURPOSE:To attain the automatic switch between a normal reproduction mode and another specific mode by using a control means which detects an instruction signal recorded on a recording medium and operates the recording medium in another mode at reproduction. CONSTITUTION:A user operates a search pulse write switch 9 when he has a request for a search mode to switch a screen under recording to a fast forward screen at the next reproduction. As a result, a search pulse recording means 8 records the search pulse to a video tape under recording via a microcomputer 11. At reproduction a search pulse reading means 10 reads out the search pulse recorded to the video tape under reproduction. Based on these operations, the drive of the video tape is controlled properly between the reproduction and search modes. As a result, the automatic switch is attained between the reproduction and search modes.</p> |
