发明名称 AMORPHOUS OXIDE MAGNETIC MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an amorphous oxide magnetic material having excellent magnetic characteristics and not requiring any additive material for converting the material amorphous, by composing the material so that proportion of each component is within a predetermined range when the material is represented by a general formula. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous oxide magnetic material according to the invention is represented by the general formula of CoxFe3-xO4-delta (atomic ratio) wherein 0.5<=x<=2.0 and delta<1. Further, when a part of Fe is substituted with a component M (M is at least one selected from Ni, Cr, Rh and Sb), the material is represented by the general formula CoyMzFe3-y-zO4-delta (atomic ratio) wherein 0.5<=y<=1.5 and 0<=z<=1.0. The amorphous oxide magnetic materials of such compositions contain no material which would conventionally be added for providing the magnetic material with amorphous properties and, therefore, are allowed to have improved magnetic characteristics.
