PURPOSE:To shorten reciprocation operating time of bean curd feeding plates and reduce wear such as loss in shape of bean curd by providing the bean curd feeding plates advancing in guide grooves with two-stage feed, reciprocating and advancing the guide plates. CONSTITUTION:A bean curd (A) in the form of a large lump is pushed from an opening 3 into a passage in front of bean curd feeding plates 5 and 5' with a block feeding plate 4, pressed and advanced into plural bean curd guide grooves 6, 6... having cutting blades (b) formed at the tips thereof. The groove parts 6 are provided with a slope so as to slide the bean curd (a) from the middle thereof by own weight thereof. Moving passages of the bean curd feeding plates 5 and 5' are regulated with guide grooves 8, etc., of guide plate parts 9 and the bean curd feeding plates 5 and 5' are advanced, run to the middle, stopped moved upward with air cylinder parts 26 and 26 for vertically moving bean curd feeding plates, moved to the original positions and then moved downward. Thereby, feeding operation of the bean curd is repeated. |
