<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the treatment by sending produced gas delivered from an acid fermenter to a mixing device to mix it with discharged liquid. CONSTITUTION:A gas discharge pipe 3 extending from a gas dome 2 provided on an acid fermenter is connected to a connection port 1 on the gas side of a mixing valve 6. Acid fermenter discharge liquid pumped by a submersible pump 8 installed on the discharge side of an overflow chamber 7 is sent to a discharge side connection port 2 of the valve 6. The acid fermenter discharge liquid and acid fermenter discharge gas are mixed at a gas-liquid mixing section 4 and then flow into the bottom section of an alkali fermenter 4, where digester gas of high quality is produced. As a result, an energy source of high quality is created, leading to improved decomposition and removal rate.</p> |
