<p>PURPOSE:To perform the erasion of information even though the dust is stuck to a cap by providing a film which can transmit the ultraviolet rays and has plural light diffusing recessing/projecting parts on the surface to the surface of a semiconductor memory cell. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a semiconductor chip 2 set in a container 1 is covered with an ultraviolet ray transmitting film 7. Thus the light scattering recessing/projecting parts 8 and 9 are formed on the surface of the chip 2. The ultraviolet rays 10 projected perpendicularly are scattered on the surface of the film 7 according to a refracting/reflecting rule. These scattered rays 11 are made incident on a memory cell 6 and erase the stored information. Thus the effects of shadows of dust stuck to a cap 5 can be eliminated and the information stored in the cell 6 can be evenly erased.</p> |
