<p>PURPOSE:To allow sure inspection in a short period of time by short-circuiting respective gate lines and respective data lines by short-circuiting lines in series and oppositely disposing electrodes for short-circuiting connected respectively to the short-circuiting lines via insulating films between the short-circuiting lines of the respective gate lines and the respective data lines. CONSTITUTION:The respective gate lines 12 and the respective data lines 14 are short-circuited in series by the short-circuiting lines 25, 26. Intended shorting parts 36 where the electrodes 37, 39 for short-circuiting respectively connected to the shorting lines are disposed to face each other via the insulating films are provided between the short-circuiting lines 25 of the respective gate lines 12 and the short-circuiting lines 26 of the respective data lines 14. The respective gate lines 12 and the respective data lines 14 are shorted by the short-circuiting lines 25, 26 to provided remedy against static electricity. The short-circuiting lines 25, 26 are partly cut once and the inspection of electrical disconnections and short-circuiting is executed; thereafter, the short-circuiting lines 25, 26 are again connected at the intended short-circuiting parts 36 to establish the state safe to static electricity. The inspection is executed in a short period of time in this way.</p> |
