<p>PURPOSE:To obtain hot water of high temperature in a relatively short time after an operation is started, by a method wherein the hot water of set temperature is heated and stored by a set quantity from the top of a hot-water storage tank. CONSTITUTION:With a stop plug 15 opened, supply water passes through a pressure reducing valve 14 and a supply water pipe 13 and is stored in a hot-water storage tank 1. By the operation of a rotation speed control type water pump 8, the supply water in the hot-water storage tank 1 flows out of the bottom of the tank 1 through a supply-water takeout pipe 7 and flows into a heater 10 element. It is heated therein by an electric energy fed to a sheath heater and then passes a supply water return pipe 11 and returns to the hot-water storage tank 1 from the top of this tank. The temperature of the supply water at the outlet of the heater 10 is controlled to be a temperature set beforehand by a supply hot-water temperature detecting sensor 12, by controlling the rotation speed control type water pump 8. Thus, the supply water of preset temperature is stored in the hot-water storage tank 1 from the top thereof. The control of the quantity of hot water is conducted by the operation of hot-water quantity detecting sensors 6 provided on the wall surface of the hot-water storage tank 1.</p> |
