PURPOSE:To easily install the title device, to humidify as required and to perform air conditioning at every floors of a building by composing first and second heat exchangers in a flue of combustion exhaust gas for a generator, and composing a steam generating system from a water supply unit through a water supply valve, the first, second heat exchanger to a steam output unit. CONSTITUTION:An absorption hot/cold water machine A is operated to room- heating in winter, hot water is supplied to be circulated to a heat sink unit 11 in an air conditioner B to room heat. In this case, in case of humidifying, a water supply valve 8 is opened, and water is supplied from a water supply unit 7 to a steam generating system C. Then, the water is first thermally exchanged with high temperature solution 3 in a first heat exchanger 5 to be heated, then thermally exchanged with higher temperature combustion exhaust gas in a second heat exchanger 6 to be further heated to become steam of predetermined pressure, which is supplied to a steam spray 10 through a steam output unit 9, and steam of specified pressure is atomized by suitably opening and closing the valve to heat. |
