<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a monoclonal antibody which specifically reacts with a protein corresponding to cellular oncogene, c-myb, to enable higher accurate diagnosis of the canceration of hematopoietic cells. CONSTITUTION:The immunoassay of the protein corresponding to cellular oncogene, c-myb, is effected using a combination of a monoclonal antibody which reacts with the whole protein of about 85 kilodalton, corresponding to a cellular oncogene and also reacts with the protein which is formed by removing the peptide of 35 kilodalton from the C-terminal side of the whole protein, and another monoclonal antibody which reacts with the whole protein of about 85 kilodalton, corresponding to cellular oncogene, c-myb, but does not reacts with the protein which is formed by removing the peptide of about 35 kilodalton from the C-terminal side of the whole protein.</p> |
