<p>PURPOSE:To form a flanged plate material which varies lengthwise in sectional shape successively with high precision and high efficiency by rolling a metallic plate material through a stand which has an upper and a lower fixed dowel and a stand which has an upper and a lower movable dowel. CONSTITUTION:Plural roll forming devices which each consist of the stand 3a equipped with the upper fixed dowel 5a and lower fixed dowel 6a and the stand 3b equipped with the upper movable dowel 5b and lower movable dowel 6b are installed, and the steel plate 18 is worked successively while passing through them. In this case, coupling arms 12 and 13 are fixed to slide sleeves 7 and 8 fitted with the upper and lower movable dowels 5b and 6b of the stand 3b, and a ball screw 10 which is rotated by a motor is engaged threadably with the nut 11 of the arms. When the steel plate 18 is rolled into the flanged plate material by those dowels, the flanged plate member which varies in lengthwise sectional area is worked successively by the forward/backward movement of the stand 3b by the motor 9.</p> |
