PURPOSE:To make the screws for binding the lens and the body of a car signal lamp and adhesives unnecessary and to reduce the manufacturing cost without use of a large scale manufacturing equipment by binding the lens and a body of a car signal lamp with an engagement means provided therefor. CONSTITUTION:A car signal lamp 1 is installed inside a rear window 2 of a car, and a part of a rear garnish 3 is almost horizontally arranged in touch with the lower part of a window 2 from the inside, and a signal lamp 1 is arranged under the garnish 3. An engagement means 11, 25 are installed at a lens 4 formed of red synthetic resin of the signal lamp 1. An engagement means 14, 26 are installed at a body 15 formed of opaque synthetic resin by a mould, and a light source 31 is arranged in a space 30 formed between the lens 4 and the body 15. The engagement pawl of the means 11 of the lens 4 is made to correspond to the engagement hole of the means 25 of the body 15, and the pawl of the means 25 of the body 15 is made to correspond to the engagement hole of the means 25 of the lens 4, so that the lens 4 and the body 15 are jointed. |
