<p>PURPOSE:To readily confirm the checking of entrance and exit through visual inspection or finger touch by forming irregular patterns that can be heat-erased on a check card. CONSTITUTION:The card 1 has a thermoplastic resin part 11 from the front to back of the card at least part of the card; the part 11 may be mixed with a complex layer 13 containing the other thermoplastic resins, metal and paper. For the resin part 11, amorphous resin such as polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, or poly methyl (metha) acrylate is preferable, and its thickness is 0.1 to 3mm. When people enter, the resin part 11 of the card 1 is pressure-formed to emerge an irregular pattern 2 such as a character or mark. Conversely, when they exit, the irregular pattern 2 of the card 1 is heated higher than the pressure- forming temperature to erase the irregular pattern 2. Pressure-forming is performed lower than a melting point but higher than a transition temperature at which the resin transforms into glass. When the card is heated higher than the distortion imparting temperature, distortion is eliminated to return to the original flat surface.</p> |
