PURPOSE:To improve intermodulation and cross modulation characteristics, by picking up an intermediate frequency signal through the connection of a tank circuit tuned to the intermediate frequency to a collector of a grounded-base type transistor (TR). CONSTITUTION:The ratio of the current values of a mixing TRQ1 and intermediate frequency amplifying TRQ2 is changed for the application. A constant current source CC is provided between a connecting point between the TRQ1 and the TRQ2 and ground to increase a collector current Ic of the TRQ2. Thus, >=6mA current can be supplied to the TRQ1 and >=10mA current to the TRQ2, allowing to avoid side effects nearly. |
