PURPOSE:To make it simple and easy to fit up and remove components of the magnetic part by firmly holding a pole piece assembly between the supporters of both parties by a magnetic adsorption of movable supporters when a current is conducted to the exciting coils. CONSTITUTION:Since a travelor 17 of the upper side supporter 14 is free-slidable in the up and down directions by the OFF-actions of the exciting coils 2 and 3, a projection part 21 of a pole piece assembly 6 is removed from a hole 32 of the down side supporter 15 by lifting a control rod 40 for drawing out the control rod 40 from the window part 44. And then the other pole piece assembly is screwed to the tip screw part 41 of the control rod 40 for being mounted into an objective lens by reversed arrangement to that of taking-out. When the exciting coils are supplied with a current, the pole piece assembly is fixed between the up and down side supporters 14 and 15 by a magnetic adsorption action. |
