发明名称 POWER-SAVING STRONG AC MAGNETIC FIELD GENERATING DEVICE OF MULTILAYER EDDY CURRENT TYPE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable effective and continuous generation of a desired strong AC magnetic field using a small power by making a frame core cross over an alternative multilayer structure of an exciting coil and an eddy current conductor plate. CONSTITUTION:A periphery of a hole 2 at a center common to each layer of a tubular conductor 1 of a multilayer structure is hollowed excepting a section of a slit 3 to form a void 5 of an approximately annular shape. A frame core 6 is arranged radially through the void 5. Each frame core 6 which is arranged radially at regular intervals constitutes a magnetic closed circuit which encloses a radial cross section of an alternative multilayer structure formed of the exciting coil 4 and a peripheral section of the conductor 1. An impedance of the exciting coil 4 increases through an operation of the core 6, thereby reducing an exciting current and further improving field generation efficiency. According to this constitution, an eddy current produced in a secondary conductor of a multilayer structure concentrates to a periphery of a hole 2 of a center and it becomes possible to generate strong AC magnetic field using a small power by converging flux of high concentration inside the hole 2.</p>
