<p>PURPOSE:To isolate a distance between terminals and to secure an insulation distance by forming a pin terminal of one-turn coil and a secondary coil in a lead frame shape in advance, by forming a vertical bobbin provided with a core in the longitudinal direction and by molding the one-turn coil and the pin terminal simultaneously in a one-piece structure during bobbin formation. CONSTITUTION:A pin terminal 4 of one-turn coil 5 and one multi-winding secondary coil is formed in advance in a continuous shape of a lead frame 9. A core tube 1 is formed so that a central groove of a bobbin whereto a core 7 is inserted is in a vertical direction to a formation surface of the pin terminal 4 and the one-turn coil 5, and the bobbin 10 is formed vertically. Winding is applied with the bobbin 10 attached to the lead frame 9. After a winding end is entwined with the pin terminal 4 and soldered, a connecting section with the lead frame 9 is cut off. After a terminal is formed, the core 7 is incorporated to hold the core 7 and the bobbin 10 by a core holder 8 as a current transformer. Thereby, an insulating distance among the one-turn coil 5, a pin terminal 4, and the core 7 is maintained.</p> |
