PURPOSE:To obtain a thin pipelike material which is capable of taking-out and -in of comparatively large amounts of fluid to manufacture a pillow, a bed, a comforter and a chair, etc., and also small in size and has rubbery elasticity by extruding the soln. of a polymer of rubbers, a polymer such as polymethyl methacrylate and acid chloride for imparting porosity into a coagulating liquid through a double pipe nozzle and coagulating solid material and stretching the coagulated material. CONSTITUTION:A polymer of rubbers such as urethane, nitrile rubber, SBR and natural rubber for imparting rubbery elasticity, a polymer such as polymethyl methacrylate for imparting rigidity and acid chloride such as terephthalic acid chloride for imparting porosity are dissolved into a solvent such as N-methylpyrrolidone. This soln. is extruded into a coagulating liquid through a double pipe nozzle to coagulate solid material and thereafter the coagulated material is dried and furthermore stretched. A network polymer produced from acid chloride and amines or crystal of acid chloride is free from stretching properties. Therefore when the pipe is stretched at a certain degree, the part thereof is turned into a fine hole. The double pipe nozzle formed of an outer pipe 3 and an inner pipe 4 is fixed to a bathtub contg. the coagulating liquid 2 having said composition.
