PURPOSE:To bond decorative sheets simply and quickly without deforming the decorative base by providing a bag of a pressing base containing fluid with at least its upper surface constituted of an elastic component, disposing a decorative sheet between the bag and the decorative base and operating a pressing cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A bag 21 constituted of an elastic component on the upper section of a pressing cylinder 12 and fluid 22 are heated up to 80 deg.C and a decorative sheet 5 is placed on the upper surface of said bag 21. On the other hand, a decorative base 1 is placed on a base plate 13 above the pressing cylinder 12. A bonding agent 7 is applied on the sections for bonding decorative sheets 5 on the surface, side surface and the like of the decorative base 1. The decorative sheet 5 placed on the heated bag 21 becomes in the heated state, and when the pressing cylinder 12 is operated in said heated state and a movable lever 15 is lifted up, a fluid containing section 18 is lifted up and the bag 21 of the fluid containing section 18 is pressed by the decorative base 1. The heated decorative sheet 5 placed on the upper surface of the bag 21 melts the bonding agent 7 applied on the decorative base 1 and enhances bonding properties. |
