PURPOSE:To facilitate management by providing a driver/receiver circuit for connection to an ISDN network, a signal converting means, an interruption controller, a magnetic medium controller and a DMA controller. CONSTITUTION:The signal of the ISDN network is converted by the driver/ receiver 1 and the controller 2 of a layer 1, and is inputted to the controller 3 of a layer 2, and an interface for a CPU 5 is realized. The controller 3 informs the interruption controller 4 of reception, and requests interruption to the CPU 5. The CPU 5 accepts the interruption, and reads out reception data from the controller 3, and repeats successively the write-in of data to a main memory 9. The data transferred to the memory 9 is written in a magnetic medium 8 by the DMA controller 6 and the magnetic controller 7. The CPU 5 confirms whether the controller 3 can transmit a signal or not, and transmits a transfer request to a host computer, and henceforward, it repeats operation until the data update of the addition and the deletion of a name of a branch office is completed. |
