Ring-spinning frame service robot - has automatic roving tube change mechanism with non-stop splicing

On a ring spinning frame the service robot is equipped with appts. to change roving tubes automatically and without stopping the process. The appts. includes a guide consisting of a contoured flat plate, having two cut-outs, partly circular, with a hook shape in one, and an angular shape in the other, with the purpose of guiding the roving at one side of the cut-out to a rounded protuberance, which holds the roving at a tangent during the time it is drawn across the splicer. USE - To draw the roving from the almost empty tube and lay in the splicer along with the new tube roving, and without causing any breakage.
