A technique of controlling injection molding is provided wherein the amount of mold opening formed by the injection pressure of a melted resin is measured, and the maximum value of the mold opening is used as judgement factor. Since the amount of mold opening is directly related to the quality of a molded article, and the change of the molding factors of an injection molding machine is also concerned in mold opening, control of an injection molding can be carried out only by detecting the maximum value of mold opening without detecting other molding factors. |
