CONSTITUTION:Any one or more of the alkyl hydroquinone precursors expressed by the formulas I, II or the formula III are incorporated into the photosensitive photographic element. In the formula I to the formula III, L<1> to L<5> denote biva lent functional groups which are the same or different and have such a effect as to cut the bond with O by receiving hydrolysis under an alkaline condition of >=pH 10; X<1> to X<3> denote monovalent groups which are the same or different; Y denotes a bivalent combination group connecting L<4> and L<5>; Z<1> to Z<4> denote a substd. or unsubstd. alkyl group.
