a rotor magnet (13) having the magnetised multipole; a stator coil (5) fixed at a position opposed to the rotor magnet (13); a means for detecting a number of rotations, located in the stator side opposed to the rotor magnet (13), and having a conductor pattern having a constant length of a wave form. In a part of the rotor magnet (13), 1 cycle length of the prominence and depression part having the same length as 1 cycle length of the wave form of the conductor pattern, is formed as the detecting means at a position opposed to the conductor pattern.
