FERRITE PARTICLE POWDER FOR BOND MAGNET, RESIN COMPOSITION FOR BOND MAGNET AND MOLDED ARTICLES USING THE SAME

A ferrite particle powder for a bond magnet, a resin composition for a bond magnet and molded articles using the same are provided to improve magnetic characteristics by using the resin composition. In a laser diffraction type particle size distribution measurement apparatus, a ferrite particle powder for a bond magnet has an average volume diameter of 2.1 to 2.7 um. The particle size is 4.3 to 5.4 um, wherein an accumulation percentage of minus sieve is 90%. A standard deviation of particle size distribution is ranged from 1.4 to 1.9. The molded articles are a magnetic roll.
