A method for producing sand, aggregates, stone powder, and the mixed aggregates of stone powder and aggregates by 1 unit is provided to manufacture sand, aggregates, stone powder, and the mixed aggregates of stone powder and aggregates at the same or selectively by remodeling the existing screen and to be properly applied to a small-scale enterprise by reducing the volume. A method for producing sand, aggregates, stone powder, and the mixed aggregates of stone powder and aggregates comprises the steps of: moving aggregates of 13~40mm passing through an upper screen(33), to the open storage yard along a belt conveyor(10) and stone dust below 13mm passing through a lower screen(34), to the open storage yard along a whole quantity belt conveyor(11); moving the mixed aggregates mixed according to an opened gap of an aggregate input quantity regulating plate, to the open storage yard by falling the mixed aggregates on the belt conveyor; producing sand while regulating the production quantity of sand of 1~8mm by pouring the stone dust falling to the left and right parts of a stone dust input quantity regulating plate(59), into a roll-crusher(40) through an auxiliary discharge port(37); and producing sand by the roll-crusher by pouring the stone dust below 13mm passing through the lower screen, through the whole quantity auxiliary discharge port. |
