PURPOSE:To obtain the title yarn free from end breakage of single yarn, suitable as an electrical insulating material, especially as a laminate for printed circuit board, consisting of a core part comprising glass fibers, etc., and a sheath part covering the core part with fluororesin-based yarn. CONSTITUTION:The aimed yarn consisting of a core part comprising at least one selected from glass fibers and aramid fibers and a sheath part covering the core part with fluororesin-based yarn. The sheath part is preferably wound at 5-400T/m. |
