<p>The irrigation and suction apparatus for endoscopic surgery is comprised of means (44, 46, 48, 50) for heating and/or maintaining the temperature of the irrigation liquid (10), and means (50) for measuring the flow rates of the liquid upstream of the instrument on the one hand, and downstream of the instrument on the other hand. The irrigation liquid circulates successively from the tank (8), into a peristaltic pump (24), and into the cavity (2) through the instrument (1), then into a piezometric cell (20) measuring the over-pressure in the cavity, then in a valve (18) for adjusting the flow rate and finally arrives into a depression receiving housing (16).</p> |
