ACRYLIC NONWOVEN FABRIC AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject nonwoven fabric having excellent dirt removing effects by arranging a dispersed and entangled unit of acrylic ultrafine fiber in surface layer parts and placing bundle-like or joined and integrated parts of the acrylic ultrafine fiber in the inner layer part. CONSTITUTION:In an acrylic nonwoven fabric composed by entangling acrylic ultrafine fiber having 0.5-3mu longest cross-sectional diameter, the acrylic ultrafine fiber is dispersed and entangled in surface layer parts and parts in which the acrylic ultrafine fiber is bundle-like or joined and integrated are placed in the inner layer part. The above-mentioned nonwoven fabric is obtained by applying high-pressure water to a fabric sheet of acrylic synthetic fiber capable of causing fine dividing and controlling an entangled state to provide a large amount of removed dirt.
