PURPOSE:To miniaturize a phase adjustor and, simultaneously, to reduce the number of switching contacts of a tap switching device by making either one side of the advance or lag of the phase adjusting width of the phase adjustor narrower than the other side or eliminating it. CONSTITUTION:A phase measuring device 10 is connected to distribution lines 1A and 1B at both sides of a link system open/close device 2, the advance and lag of the phase of one side to the other side of the distribution lines is decided, thereafter, a connection cable 8A is connected to either one side of the distribution lines 1A and 1B so as to be within the phase adjusting range of a phase adjustor 5, and a connection cable 8B is connected to the other side. Next, a circuit breaker 4A is inputted, a phase angle is adjusted by the phase adjustor 5, a breaker 4B is inputted, and a loop is completed. Thus, even when the phase adjusting width is advanced or lagged, a performance equal to that of the phase adjustor having the same width can be obtained. |
