PURPOSE:To easily reset an automatic zooming mode temporarily and to prevent the automatic zooming mode from being held reset forgetfully by changing the photographic mode into the automatic zooming temporary resetting mode automatically immediately after a manual zooming switch is operated even if the automatic zooming mode is set. CONSTITUTION:Even when a photographic lens 12 is set to specific focal length by a motor-driven zooming means 51 with the signal from an automatic zooming data setting means 52 and photography is performed in the automatic zooming mode, an automatic zooming inhibiting means 54 inhibits the automatic zooming photography mode in response to the output signal of a zooming start signal output means 53. Therefore, the photographic mode can be changed from the automatic zooming mode to a manual zooming mode by one-stage processing even during the automatic zooming operation. Further, the automatic zooming inhibiting means 54 has a reset means 55 for resetting the inhibition of the automatic zooming operation. Consequently, the automatic zooming mode can be reset easily and temporarily and the photographic mode is prevented from being held reset forgetfully from the automatic zooming mode. |
