PURPOSE:To eliminate necessity to constitute an exclusive system by executing manual output with secrecy protection additionally to automatic output when the executed result of routine work processing executed by another host CPU is outputted to a self-host CPU. CONSTITUTION:Respective host CPUs 10-13 are equipped with means 25b and 26 to automatically take in the result, for which batch processing is executed by the other host CPU, a means 22b to output the result of the processing and a means 27 to selectively output the executed result of a specified person, which is designated by a personal ID from a work station 30. The two kinds of operation such as automatic output function and interaction type output function can be executed by a setting parameter of a remote delivery terminator means 21 and the delivery of the specified person linked with the personal ID is manually outputted to a printer 27 as needed. Thus, the delivery contents of the specified person can be protected.
