摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the precision by providing plural collimators radially arranged with gaps among themselves and separators which have front surfaces facing rear surfaces of respective collimators and are arranged with gaps among themselves. CONSTITUTION:Separators 2 narrower than and higher than collimators 34 are radially attached on a base 36 in the rear part side of collimators. In this case, a scintillator 1 emits light by an X-ray beam 13 which is transmitted through a body to be examined is made incident on the scintillator 1 through a slit, and this light is detected by a photodiode 33, and its output is outputted to a picture processing device; and since most of the X-ray beam 13 transmitted in the scintillator 1 passes through under the photodiode 33, the quantity of the X-ray beam with which the photo diode is irradiated is reduced. Meanwhile, the quantity of light emitted by the scintillator 1 is increased by the extension of the path length of the X-ray beam. As the result, the quantity of light received by the photodiode is increased to extend the life, and the detection precision is improved.
