Bubble-free capsule alginate

Alginate can only be used with restrictions for taking impressions of trimmed teeth. In particular, a large number of superficial bubbles interfere with reproduction of details. The capsule alginate according to the invention avoids this restriction in that the pre-metered powder and the mixing fluid are preferably enclosed under a vacuum in the mixing capsule, so that no air bubbles can be stirred into the alginate during mechanical mixing. This results in bubble-free surfaces and improved material properties.
