<p>PURPOSE:To surely transmit a message with the message output sentence of a pending designation to an operator by continuing the display of a message with the message output sentence of the pending designation until the pending releasing request of the job is executed. CONSTITUTION:A message display method segmenting means 2 refers to information in a system parameter and decides whether the message with the message output sentence of the pending designation in the job control language applied to the job is continued or the message is expressed with an ordinary display. An action message display means 3 displays the message decided to be continuously displayed by the means 2 on a system condition display screen 1a of a console 1. Thereafter, when the pending releasing request is generated, an action message releasing means 8 is activated from an action message information table referring means 7, and the action message displayed on the display screen 1a is erased from the screen. Thus, the message can be surely transmitted to the operator.</p> |
