<p>PURPOSE:To enable both one-byte program and plural-byte simultaneous program even when control terminals are two terminals and to shorten program time by providing a plural number of data holding means for each terminal of data input terminals and control means for controlling their operations. CONSTITUTION:The plural number of data holding means (registers) 200a-200d are provided to each terminal of the data input terminals, while the control means (logic circuit) 300 is provided for controlling these operations. Then, information of the data holding means 200a-200d are reset before starting a program and at the time of completing a program of each address, and a programming data is held before the program of each address to a max. up to the number of installed data holding means 200a-200d. Consequently, an optional single- or plural-byte simultaneous write is feasible. By this method, even when the control terminals CE and OE are two terminals, both one-byte program and plural-byte simultaneous program are feasible, and hence the program time can be shortened.</p> |
