PURPOSE:To segment the soundness of a function other than those of a card to be tested by switching and selecting a master communication channel. CONSTITUTION:A master CPU 4 sets priority at respective channels 5a to 7a of the tested card, and transmits command data to the channel at the highest priority. A CPU part 1 immediately transmits reception data through the channel to have transmitted the data, and the master CPU part 4 decides the soundness of the channel by the reception data. By repeating the operation in the sequence of the higher priority, when the channel is judged to be normal, the channel is made into the master communication channel, and the command data are transmitted. After the verification of a self-function, the CPU part 1 transmits the verified data by the selected master communication channel. Thus when a single normal channel is left, the total functions can be verified. |
