PURPOSE:To simply execute a micro-quantity sample injection to an edge with good reproducibility regardless of the viscosity and temperature of the sample by connecting a branched tube in the vicinity of the sample injection edge of a capillary tube for an electric migration and additionally providing a liquid sucking means through an open/close valve to the branched tube. CONSTITUTION:In an approximately 4mm position from a sample injection edge A of a capillary tube 2 for an electric migration of a capillary electric migration tube 1, a branched tube 3 in a prescribed length, whose inner diameter is made of a prescribed melting silica capillary tube, is connected. Further, a rotary system peristalic pump 5 to be driven by a motor is connected through a joint 52 made of Teflon and a Teflon tube 561 to the branched tube 3, and simultaneously, the manual open/close valve is interveningly provided to the tube 51. By using the pump 5, an electric migration liquid 6 is made to fill the whole tube route system from both edges of the tube 2, the pump 5 is suckingly driven in a condition to make the injection edge A intrude into the sample liquid in such a condition and, simultaneously, to insert another edge B into electric migration reservoirs 7 and 8, the liquid 6 to fill the tube 3 is injected from the injection edge A into the tube 2 as an operating liquid. |
