<p>PURPOSE:To remove restrictions of the operation place and to prevent the occurrence of disconnection or connection detect of a relay cable by providing a coordinate input device with an oscillation part which transmits a coordinate information signal through a space and providing a main body with a reception part which receives this coordinate information signal. CONSTITUTION:Coordinate information data stored in a data register 2 and a custom code register 3 is controlled by a control circuit 4 to output a data control signal to an output circuit 5. Signals from the output circuit provided with a light emitting part for control transmission and an oscillating circuit 6 operated by X-direction and Y-direction driving signals, a control signal, and a custom code setting signal are controlled by the data control signal from the control circuit 4 and are received by a mouse control circuit 8 provided with a light receiving part for remote control and are outputted to a personal computer part 9 provided with a custom code discriminating circuit which discriminates the custom code by the custom code setting signal. Thus, the operation place is not limited, and disconnection and connection defect do not occur.</p> |
