The present invention relates to siloxyoximosilanes of the general formula <IMAGE> where R, R<1>, R<2> and R<3> = alkyl (C1-C8), cycloalkyl (C5-C6), alkenyl (C2-C8), cycloalkenyl (C5-C6), aryl or fluoroalkyl (C1-C8> where R, R<1>, R<2> and R<3> are identical or different and a can assume the values 0 and 1 and b the values 1 and 2, process for their preparation, and use as crosslinkers in 1K and 2K RTV silicone sealing materials.
