PURPOSE:To execute painting-out processing at high speed by converting respective vector information to the plural contour information of different attributes and executing the painting-out of the relevant character, etc., based on the respective contour information. CONSTITUTION:A processor 5 converts the vector information to the contour information of the different attribute based on the respective vector information of a vector font stored to a data memory 1 and stores these contour information to a drawing memory part 2. The drawing memory part 2 is composed of double-face constitution to be equipped with a drawing memory 2A and a drawing memory 2B and the contour information of the different attribute are respectively stored as the contour information of the character, etc. The contour information concerning the same part in the contour of the character, etc., are read from the drawing memory parts 2A and 2B according to the same address value and a painting-out circuit 3 paints out the internal part of the contour in the character, etc., developed by the contour information. Thus, the painting-out processing of the character, etc., by the vector font can be executed at high speed. |
