The system for sharing the arithmetic process with two CPUs receives the position and speed data from the feedback loop to calculate the digital servo command. The current magnitude and frequency elements are calculated separately with the servo command and the speed signal provided from the feedback loop and this calculation is performed by an exclusive CPU containing the current and sinusoidal wave data table memories.
