A system and a method for processing employee work-test are provided to enable an employee to practice predetermined works which the employee needs to practice without going to a specific practice place using a store terminal or a window terminal. A system and a method for processing employee work-test comprise the following steps. An predetermined employee selects one mode of a task mode and a training mode using a predetermined terminal(110). A program provides training interface and task interface corresponding to the selected mode. In a training mode, the program provides predetermined ledger information required for actual training by being connected a predetermined actual training ledger D/B. A server(100) generates training employee evaluation information. |
