A staff compensation offer method, a system and a program recording medium therefore are provided to automatically produce the compensation and provides for a staff who manages as an individual client in case that the client is transferred to a private banking PB center under agreement of the client. A staff compensation offer system comprises: a verifying information unit(1030) for identifying whether an individual client of the financial trade request client have an availability to change into a private banking client; an information registering unit(1015) for storing a PB client change application information in a storage media as linking the customer information; a profitability production unit(1035) for producing the profit generated from the client; and an information storage unit(1055) stored the calculated compensation benefit information and the staff in charge information of the PB client change in the storage media. |
