A basic file management system and a method thereof using an RFID tag are provided to perform monitoring and management of inclination and a pushed-in position of a basic file remotely. A basic file has an RFID tag(211) for storing an intrinsic ID number. A basic file management terminal(230) is embedded with an RFID reader(231), and has a communication unit(232) for sending strength of a signal and the intrinsic ID number read by an RFID reader to the outside. A check server(240) receives the strength of the signal and the intrinsic ID number from the basic file management terminal, and constructs a DB.
