An intelligent order processing system interworking with customer information and a standby sequence processing method are provided to convenience for a client to conduct a task outside during waiting time by offering sequence number information to a wireless terminal of a customer. An intelligent standby sequence processing system comprises the followings: a standby sequence number device(300) processing information; a database of a customer(200) providing detailed information of a client; and a mobile server(500) transmitting the standby sequence number information of the client to a wireless terminal of a client. |
