A system for managing presence is provided to offer information of absence, presence of senior officers and miscellaneous present condition in real-time in case a staff needs approval or an interview. A system for managing presence comprises the followings: a presence management server(100) equipped with presence information database(120) which has stored and renewed information about presence of each senior officer; a secretary terminal(200) which is equipped with a input module(210) storing information(110) about presence of senior officers connecting the presence management server through management network; and a staff terminal equipped with a searching module(310) for displaying the presence information of each senior. |
