A network-based lease index calculation system of real estate for providing an index calculation service having high reliability is provided to calculate lease or monthly renting as single indexes, and to make indexes by analyzing market conditions and price changes, so that the index data can be usable as objective analysis data for a lease market. A database server(20) classifies and stores real estate information on each region and each customer in connection with a network. An operator server(10) receives a service request signal from a customer terminal to authenticate the signal, extracts real estate-related information on a region selected by a customer from the DB server, and calculates result indexes through a transaction pair index calculation module for indexing price information according to substantial price changes, then provides the calculated indexes to the customer terminal. |
