THE REALIZATION METHOD OR THE FORMATION OF PROGRAM FOR A EFFECTIVE FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEARNING ONTO THE SCREEN OF THE ON-LINE AND OFF-LINE

A technique of constructing a program for effective foreign language learning online and offline on a monitor screen is provided to allow a user to learn a foreign language effectively and systematically on online and offline monitor screens of a mobile communication device. A technique of constructing a program for effective foreign language learning online and offline on a monitor screen displays a specific word in a native language instead of a word(2a) in a foreign language on a screen(6) when a user does not know the word in a foreign language sentence(2) and thus locates a mouse on the word. As the word in the foreign language disappears from the screen, the word is pronounced.
