PURPOSE:To dispense with the control of the timing and mold opening speed at the beginning of rotation and the rotational speed of a motor driving a screw core by rotating the screw core and moving a plate corresponding to the opening speed of a molding machine. CONSTITUTION:A mold 30 and a screw core mold 36 are brought to a contact state to be clamped to the mount plate 42 of a molding machine and a screw 46 having a female thread 45a is subjected to injection molding in such a state that the leading end part of a screw core 39 is inserted in a cavity 31 by a definite length. The cam 34 fixed to the mount plate 42 turns a limit switch 35 ON immediately after the opening of the molds and the screw core 39 inte grally held to a drive gear 37 is also rotated. The mold 30 is opened to the left from the core mold by a spring 45. When the mold opening speed to the left of the mold 30 coincides with the rotational speed of the screw core 39 at this time, the opening quantity of the mount plate 42 and the screw core mold 36 is constant. The opening quantity of B is determined by the mold opening stroke of the molding machine and the screw core 39 may be separated from the screw 46 within the predetermined stroke of B and a wide range of a mold opening speed can be set. |
