PURPOSE:To stably detect a base line level and to allow the easy checking of a waveform change at the time of comparing the electrocardiogram waveforms of plural leads and comparing time series with the same lead by forming the histogram of digitalized electrocardiograms and determining the value taking the peak value thereof as the base line level. CONSTITUTION:The min. sampling number (i) is cleared by each one by processing of steps 1 to 4 and all the area hist [i] forming the histogram are zero cleared in a zero clearing means 101. The histogram is then formed by processing of steps 5 to 8 in a histogram forming means 102. The value n peak taking the peak value of the histogram is determined by processing of steps 9 to 16 and this value is determined as the base line of the base line level of the electrocardiogram in a base line level determining means 103. The above- mentioned processing is executed with each of the leads of the chest and the values of the respective foundations are recorded at the same level. Then, the base lines of the respective leads are on one straight line and, therefore, the positions of the transitional zone can be checked at a glance and the change in the ST level is easily checked even with one lead. |
